Returns
We have a friendly returns and exchange policy at Befashion.in. We accept free returns and refund complete amount in cases if you are not completely satisfied with the product. Each product comes in sealed plastic/paper/cardboard bags and are unusable once opened. We, therefore,?request for the product to be returned in exact same condition as received to successfully process the refund.
Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances –
1. If you are not satisfied with the received product
2. If Befashion.in does not deliver you the exact item (Color and Design) you ordered.
3. If package is not delivered by the courier or logistics partners (eg: BlueDart, FedEx etc.) in the same manner in which it was handed over.
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product we will refund you the paid amount upon receiving the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs for return shipping have to be paid by you (the customer) for returning your item.
Befashion.in does not arrange pickups for return shipping of items.
